What is the best way to contact you?

The best way to contact us is by using the “Contact Us” form located at the top of our web site. We respond to most inquiries within one business day. We strive to answer your questions as quickly as possible, but sometimes we need a little extra time to research your question or make a good decision about your needs. If you do not see a response from us, please check your spam filters. Please do not send multiple emails with the same question.

If you have a question about an existing order please include the order number, along with your first and last name– it helps us serve you better. Please do not respond to the automatically generated emails that you get from our website. Those messages go to an unmonitored email account.

Our main focus is to provide quality products with great customer service. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us through the “Contact Us” form. or call our free toll number 800-321-5720. We will ensure that you are happy with your purchases.

Do you wholesale your products?

At this time we do not.


How fast do you ship?

Orders placed by 2:00 pm will ship the same day for all in-stock items.

Most items are shipped from our Rotterdam, NY office via UPS or FedEx Ground. Because of our centralized location all orders shipping to New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Delaware, and Southern Maine will arrive in in ONE BUSINESS DAY via UPS ground.

When will I receive my order?

If you pay for your order with a credit card, we will do our best to have your order shipped either that day (Monday-Friday only), and will contact you if we are unable to ship your order within five business days. This is in addition to the transit time to your location, which varies depending on your location and shipping volumes. Your order will ship from the Albany area of New York State.

If you have paid for your order with a check or a money order, your order will not ship until your check or money order has cleared our bank.

Where is my order?

Are you getting antsy? Have you waited a realistic amout of time for shipping and handling? Did you take a peek around your office?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We can bill your Dataflow account or you can pay with PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment. Without ever signing in, you can place your order using most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). If you have a PayPal account, you can sign-in and pay with your PayPal balance, bank account, or credit card. If paying by eCheck, your order will be held until payment clears.
